These initiatives include tutoring programs, penpal initiatives, a summer camp, a holiday gift drive, and various other activities designed to provide support and enrichment to the lives of these children.
Tutoring Programs
Summer Camp
Our tutoring programs are designed to provide academic support and mentorship to children in foster care, helping them excel in their studies and build a strong foundation for their future.
Penpal Initiatives
Through our penpal initiatives, we encourage meaningful connections and friendships between university students and children in foster care, fostering a sense of companionship and support.
The SUNNY summer camp offers children in foster care an opportunity to engage in fun and educational activities during the summer, creating memorable experiences and positive social interactions.
Holiday Gift Drive
During the holiday season, we organize a gift drive to ensure that children in foster care receive special gifts, spreading joy and warmth during festive times.
Pickup Basketball Games
Our pickup basketball events are an exciting and exhilarating way for the kids that we partner with to get physical activity. Connecting through sport is a great way for bonding and teamwork.
Mentorship Programs
Our mentorship programs connect university students with children in foster care, offering guidance, advice, and a positive role model to support their personal growth and development.
